I made a bootleg from Live at Montreux 2002 concert. (of course not the same as the officially released Live at Montreux 2003)
Here is the setlist:

I don`t think it exist on bootleg, only the original recording in Montreux has the complete version.

The complete version of JAS @ montreux '95 is not in circulation. The jazziroquai bootleg was manufactured with that track incomplete. As Tlum said, only the Montreux recordings database will have the complete version. As far as I know.
